Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Arkansas
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to provide compassionate and effective support to PreK–12 students
• Skilled in collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and other professionals
• Commitment to documentation and compliance standards
• Clinical fellow applications are welcome

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate intervention strategies
• Conduct consultations with teachers and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Support overall student academic and social success
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional learning
