Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to residents.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan, policies, and procedures of the facility.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Take vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

• Assist with mobility and transfer of residents.

• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Document care provided and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.

 

Requirements :

 

• Must have a current CNA certification in the state of Kansas.

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Have proper immunization records. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions from licensed nursing staff.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
