Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

SCHEDULE
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Emergency Room
- Current nursing license as per the state of assignment
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of travel experience, preferably showing renewals

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
- Assess patient conditions, formulate care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Block scheduling not guaranteed.
- COVID vaccine is no longer required but highly recommended.
