Job Description

Park6 Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, client meetings, promotional activities, and company initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and helping create engaging and successful events.

The Events Assistant will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure every event is executed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and promotional activities.

• Support venue selection, setup arrangements, and event preparation.
• Track event budgets, materials, and inventory as needed.
• Prepare event documentation, reports, and administrative records.

• Assist with on-site event operations and provide support during event activities.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
