This role is responsible for the overall administration and growth of the Dungarvin business and services within their prospective area. The Senior Director is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing business partners including local, state, and federal legislative and department representatives, advocacy groups, trade associations, and other stakeholders as warranted.Duties include:Develop and implement strategic program and fiscal planning initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellenceOversee the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs and servicesEnsure full compliance with federal, state, and local business and program regulations, laws, and licensing requirements specific to DD/IDD servicesAssure quality of services meet or exceed regulatory and licensing standards through ongoing monitoring and quality assurance activitiesIdentify, pursue, and manage expansion of markets and new business opportunities within the service areaHire, coach, mentor, train, and supervise direct reports while fostering a culture of professional development and accountability to entire teamOversee budget development, allocation, and financial performance management while maintaining personal accountability for P&L outcomesConduct performance evaluations, implement professional development plans, and support staff retentionRepresent the organization at community events, legislative meetings, industry forums, and stakeholder engagement activitiesMonitor and report on key performance indicators, service metrics, and compliance measures to senior leadershipQualificationsWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Bachelor's degree in human services field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Educational Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, etc.). Preference to master’s degree.Minimum of 7-8 years human services industry experience, specific to Developmentally Disabled/Intellectual Disabilities populations. Combined with 5 years of progressive senior level management experience.Experience with Supportive Living, Waivered Sites, Residential Group Homes, and/or Day ProgramsMust have financial management skills and budget experience in excess of 10 million dollars as well as be personally accountable for the P&LPrefer previous experience with the state of Indiana systems and Medicaid Waivers.Additional InformationWe believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
