CPR certification. ACLS within 1 year of hire. Preferred: CRRN certification.Minimum Qualifications: One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred). One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred). Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
