Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Methods: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living abilities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide information and training to patients and their families on therapy approaches to support continued advancement at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment as necessary to ensure ongoing patient success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Commitment to continuing education and post-graduate certifications welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
