Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a RN - LTC for our client in Marienville, PA 16239 . This is a 13 weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: RN - LTC
Location: Marienville, PA 16239
Duration: 13-week contract with possible extension
Work Schedule: Variable Days, 12-Hour Shifts
Pay rate: 55-60$/hr

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Respond to changes in resident conditions promptly
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Ensure proper infection control and patient safety procedures
• Supervise and support CNA staff as needed
• Maintain accurate charting and nursing documentation
• Provide compassionate and patient-centered care

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
• Active RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1-2 years of LTC experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous travel experience preferred but not required
