Sales Compensation Analyst

Owning the design and administration of sales incentive programs, the full-time Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate commission calculations, manage the incentive compensation management platform, and analyze plan effectiveness in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Designing and structuring incentive compensation plans in partnership with FP&A and sales leadership Calculating earned commissions accurately and managing the exception and dispute process Administering the incentive compensation management platform and ensuring accurate plan documentation and communication Required qualifications Deep experience in sales compensation with direct ownership of incentive plan design and administration Hands-on experience with an ICM platform such as Spiff, Xactly, or CaptivateIQ Proven project management skills, including planning and delivering cross-functional initiatives Strong analytical skills for translating compensation data into actionable insights Prior experience supporting a Sales Compensation Committee or similar governance body
