Remote is on the table for an outstanding candidate. The Role Let’s be straight about what we’re looking for. Not someone who concepts and hands it off. Not someone who only executes what they’re handed. We need the full thing – the thinker and the maker, in one person, at a high level, start to finish. Now we’re expanding our freelance creative roster and we need a visual thinker who can design beautifully and execute exceptionally. Production art perfection. One honest heads-up: this role occasionally calls for evening or weekend availability during new business pitches. It’s rare – but when it happens, it counts. Some people call this person a Designer Unicorn. We just call it the standard we hold ourselves to. What You’ll Do Concept and art direct advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels – from the big idea to the visual system that carries it Design across digital, social, print, and OOH with intention and craft at every step Create and present polished Keynote decks for client presentations and new business pitches Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to push the work further Translate brand strategy into visual storytelling that actually moves people Step up for occasional evening or weekend pitch support – rare, but critical when it happens What You Bring A portfolio that proves you can concept, design, and produce – all three, not just one Strong art direction skills: typography, composition, color, photography direction – the full toolkit Impeccable design execution across digital and print — you know what each format demands and you deliver Production art expertise – you know what “camera-ready” means and you take it seriously Expert-level Keynote – decks that don’t just inform, they persuade Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and fluency in Figma Agency experience preferred – you understand timelines, feedback loops, and what it means to serve a client’s vision without losing the integrity of the work A point of view.
