Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Document Management Platform

About the Team The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle. We’re looking for a Product Manager to manage the platform’s real‑time ingestion, deletion, and redaction capabilities which supports use cases for clients across the Enterprise. The individual will play a key role in safeguarding sensitive data and building capabilities to serve our clients in a well‑managed way. What you’ll do Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for backend products, API integrations, and Gen AI/ML capabilities Lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features for our internal customers and agents Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high‑leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes Capital One Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management. Human Centered – Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused – Delivers game‑changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven – Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership – Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Basic Qualifications At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Salary ranges: Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
