• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept.

• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC (60-90 days) for 6 months with the option to extend. Looking for provider's who can commit to 24-hr shifts only right now (6:30 am - 7 am). This will be for 1 shift per week, most likely on a Saturday or Sunday.
\n
• Case Mix: General, ortho, Healthy peds, some trauma, comfortable with OB preferred but not required
\n
• Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised, 1:5
\n
• # of OR's: 12
\n
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA
\n
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
\n
• Active PA License: Required upon submission
\n
