Private Equity / M&A Associate | New York | Mid-Level YOU MUST BE AN ATTORNEY FOR THIS ROLE WITH A JD A busy and well-regarded corporate group in New York is looking to add a mid-level Private Equity / M&A Associate to their team. Think biglaw sophistication and regional firm culture. The Role You'll be working across the full spectrum of private equity transactions, buyouts, co-investments, joint ventures, co‑sponsor transactions, and add‑on acquisitions, advising institutional clients and their portfolio companies. The expectation is that you can run transactions with limited supervision and bring genuine deal experience to the table from day one. What They're Looking For Around 4 years of US transactional experience in a law firm setting Significant PE / M&A deal experience, including buy-side and portfolio company work Ability to run deals independently with limited oversight Strong client service orientation and collaborative approach NY bar membership in good standing, or willingness to be admitted Culture Dynamic, busy, and team-oriented.
