Sales Trader (Asia Desk)

Moov Technologies is seeking a Sales Trader to join our growing Sales Team and support our Asia Desk. In this role, you’ll identify and capitalize on opportunities within the semiconductor market - building new relationships while expanding existing accounts in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. You’ll take ownership across the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pricing to negotiating and managing high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with a competitive drive, attention to detail, and the resilience to perform under pressure while delivering results for clients. 

Core Responsibilities Include

• Own the full client and trade lifecycle - serving as the primary point of contact while sourcing opportunities, structuring deals, and executing transactions across both buy and sell sides
\n
• Drive new business through high-volume, disciplined prospecting (80+ calls daily) while expanding and deepening existing client relationships
\n
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with client objectives, market dynamics, and inventory positioning
\n
• Lead negotiations end-to-end, navigating pricing, objections, and contract terms to close deals efficiently while protecting margin and client relationships
\n
• Maintain a rigorous, real-time pipeline using internal systems to track activity, manage deal flow, and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity in partnership with Sales Operations
\n
• Deliver a high-touch client experience through persistent follow-up, clear communication, and responsiveness across phone, video, and in-person meetings (domestic and international)
\n
• Effectively position Moov’s platform and market intelligence to create value for clients and win in competitive environments 
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is required
\n
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
\n
• 3+ years in sales, trading, or a high-performance, quota-driven environment
\n
• Experience managing deals from origination through close
\n
• Strong negotiation skills and a competitive, results-driven mindset
\n
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with strong attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
\n
• High work ethic, resilience, and motivation to succeed in a performance-based, high-earning role
\n

This position requires on-site presence at our Long Island office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
