- Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing skills using standardized tests and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Conduct therapy sessions with patients, including speech, language, and swallowing exercises
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, therapists, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based research to continually improve your skills and knowledge
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) completed or eligible for certification
- Arizona State License or ability to obtain licensure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
