Area Supervisor

Are you a self-directed, results-oriented manufacturing leader who thrives on driving efficiency, owning quality, and developing the people around you? A progressive, growing manufacturer is looking for an Area Supervisor to join their manufacturing team. You'll supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring quality products are built and shipped safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your decisions directly impact the floor. 2nd shift hours: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM What your day will look like: Lead and coordinate production scheduling, inventory management, and workflow to meet sales order shipment dates. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 employees — including hiring, training, and performance management. Own quality procedures and practices, including inspection documentation, engineering deviations, and ISO program compliance. Partner with engineering, sales, and vendors to drive 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
