Billing Specialist

Job Title: Billing Specialist Manage account balances to identify outstanding debts or discrepancies. Gather information necessary to calculate bills receivable, including order amounts and discount rates. Verify data input accuracy in the accounting system to ensure correct billing. Issue invoices and bills, sending them to customers via mail, email, or other channels. Generate customer account statements periodically or as needed. Process payments through various methods such as cash and online payments, verifying their credibility. Send payment reminders and contact customers when assigned. Update accounting records with new payments, balances, and customer information. Report activity and discrepancies to upper management.
