EPC Counsel - Private Equity Firm - Clean Infrastructure (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Viridan Group is currently partnered with a clean infrastructure private equity firm specializing in utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS investments. Their legal team of 10 attorneys is looking to add a biglaw-trained transactional EPC attorney in NYC.
Requirements
- 2+ years of transactional EPC experience working at a major law firm
- Experience drafting and negotiating EPCAs, equipment supply agreements, and other transactional documents relating to the construction of large-scale energy projects
- Renewable energy specific experience is strongly preferred
- Onsite in NYC (4 days per week in their midtown office)
- Applicants must have an active bar license in any US state
