**Technical Support Specialist**We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Exlar team!As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support for system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer and company equipment, ensuring reliable performance and successful system deployment. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.***We Take Care of Our People**Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** Employee Stock Purchase Plan **I** Inclusive & Supportive Culture**Your Challenge*** Perform on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of customer and company systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.* Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing system behavior, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective actions.* Serve as the primary technical contact at assigned sites, coordinating installation and commissioning activities with customers, project teams, and vendors.* Review site plans, technical drawings, and specifications while following standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and engineering documentation to ensure compliance and high-quality installation.* Document service activities, provide technical reports, coordinate system upgrades, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.**What You Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.* 4-6+ years of field engineering or systems engineering experience involving installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.* Experience implementing and maintaining technical systems, networked equipment, or industrial infrastructure in field environments.* Strong understanding of diagnostics, system integration, and commissioning practices.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities* Effective communication and documentation skills for customer and internal collaboration.* Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to varied field conditions.* Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance.* Commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and engineering best practices.* Must be a US Person.**Who We Are**Our ValuesEnvironmental, Social and GovernanceCurtiss-Wright manufactures Exlar electromechanical linear roller screw actuators, rotary servo motors, and integrated control solutions for a broad range of applications.
