Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time.What We Offer:Work in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is a priority.Achieve your professional goals without sacrificing the balance between work and life.A comprehensive benefits package with options to choose what works best for you and your family.About the Role:As a Customer Service Representative with Best Block you are responsible for:Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customers (walk-in and call-in)Provide technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sellAccurate and detailed order entry, input customer information, pricing and additional dataBuild and maintain relationships with repeat customer and accountsCoordinate closely with dispatch to schedule deliveries and manage customer expectationsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding order status, lead times and changesPerform monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory recordsBalance cash drawer and create cash & credit card reports dailyWork with outside sales representatives to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain knowledge of products and their applications and know major competitor product lines.Assist with Centralized Dispatch and maintain delivery fleet compliance requirementsAbout You:The ideal candidate for this role will have:Minimum education required: High School Diploma with average to above math skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Available to work 40 or more hours per weekMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityGood organizational and communication skillsStrong problem solving skills and high attention to detailGood interpersonal and customer relation skillsMust be able to walk throughout material yardsPhysical demands include the ability to lift 25 lbs on a consistent basis and 50 lbs or more on a random basis.
