Due to continued growth, we’re hiring a reliable Production Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You’ll work hands‐on in a clean, safety‐focused facility producing high‐precision metal tolerance rings, with comprehensive training provided to help you build confidence and skills from day one. 

Who You Are

• ​​1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, working in the bearing industry strongly preferred
• Previous experience with steel forming, stamping, or tolerance ring production a strong plus
• Basic ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions to operate machinery correctly.
• Strong attention to detail and patience / commitment to learning.
• Great time management and a reliable team player.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate production machinery to make precision tolerance rings
• Load raw materials and monitor machines during production runs
• Perform in‐process quality checks using measuring tools
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to craft tolerance rings in accordance with request. 
• Identify defects and rework parts as needed
• Record production and inspection information
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance
