3rd Shift Sanitation Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and it’s equipment, supply management for the department to reduce/control cost.Implement employee safety and food safety initiatives.Manage small hourly employee crew, implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments.Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Inventory management, documentation, interpretation of data, mathematical formulas, leadership, policy enforcement, master sanitation schedule, SQF, SSOPs and other duties assigned by the business. COMPETENCIES: Mathematical skills, data documentation, mechanical skills, organization and multitasking skills, communication, chemical safety, 7 steps of sanitation. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required Education: High school or equivalentor minimum5years sanitation experience Required Experience: Understandingofbasic sanitation operations, chemical safety, inventory management knowledge, mechanicalskills.
