Dock Lead - Rivian Event

The Dock Lead provides leadership to help ensure dock and facility operations run according to policies and procedures. They coordinate daily dock activities by delegating job assignments, monitoring workflow, and providing guidance to team members. A Dock Lead provides on-shift supervision at an assigned location when the Supervisor is not present. They help ensure dock operations, material handling, and housekeeping duties are completed safely and efficiently. They are responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe dock areas for all team members, drivers, contractors, and customers. Pay: $20.00-$20.50 hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
