We’re looking for a phenomenal Senior Graphic Designer to help us continue leveling up how Legendairy Milk shows up across every touchpoint. As a fast-growing company and category leader, we need a versatile, highly skilled designer who can take creative direction and run with it — translating ideas into thoughtful, polished creative without needing every step mapped out. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making great work, moves efficiently, embraces new tools, and can balance creative quality with the realities of a fast-moving consumer brand. What You’ll Do Brand & Campaign Creative Translate creative direction, campaign concepts, and briefs into compelling, polished visual executions Design across paid media, organic social, email, web, Amazon, retail, sales materials, print, and other brand touchpoints Apply strong typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling skills to elevate the brand Help maintain and evolve Legendairy Milk’s visual identity across channels Take projects from initial direction through final execution Packaging & Print Design packaging from concept development through final production, including custom graphics, illustrations, and patterns Build production-ready files and work confidently with dielines, print specs, and prepress requirements Partner with Product Development and Sales so packaging balances brand expression, hierarchy, claims, and retail realities Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the proofing and production process Video & Motion Create and edit short-form video content for paid and organic social, digital campaigns, retail, and other marketing channels Transform existing footage, photography, UGC, and brand assets into engaging, platform-native content Incorporate motion, typography, graphics, sound, and pacing to create polished video assets AI & Emerging Creative Tools Use AI image-generation tools as part of the daily process — concepting, CPG/product imagery, asset creation, and production Test new creative technology and workflows that improve quality and speed, and bring what works back to the team Create high-quality creative efficiently while managing multiple projects and priorities Build scalable templates and design systems that make high-volume production more efficient Keep working files organized and deliver production-ready assets on deadline Work closely with Creative, Brand, Growth, and Sales; iterate quickly on feedback without losing the integrity of the work Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Growth, Sales, and other cross-functional teams Respond thoughtfully to feedback and iterate quickly What We’re Looking For 8-10 years of professional design experience, preferably in CPG, retail, shopper marketing, consumer goods, wellness, health, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, plus Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for 2D motion graphics and animation Fluency with current generative AI image and creative tools Exceptional command of typography, layout, color, composition, and detail Strong understanding of packaging, dielines, prepress, and print production Track record of omni-channel campaigns and product launches that delivered measurable business results Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines at high volume Bonus Points Experience with Advertising Creative Experience with Affinity app Experience in supplements, women's health, wellness, beauty, food and beverage, or another CPG category Experience with photography, retouching, or photo compositing Experience creating retail and shopper marketing assets Experience supporting photo and video shoots Experience with trade show and conference design Can hear "here's the direction we're going" and confidently take it from there Treat speed and quality as compatible, not competing Are adaptable enough to shift between packaging, digital, and video in the same week Love exploring new tools and finding smarter ways to make great work Take ownership of your projects and communicate proactively Are a people person and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Want to help evolve the creative expression of a growing women's wellness brand Hybrid work environment (minimum 3 days in the office) Paid time off (PTO) and Sick Time Paid annual company holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer matching 401K participation Product samples and discounts Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving women's wellness brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
