GHJ's relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client's needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.Position SummaryGHJ Search & Staffing has partnered with a well-established nonprofit organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily financial operations, accounting activities, and monthly close processes.Assist with annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and budget-to-actual reporting.Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and operational reports to leadership.Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and finance staff.Ensure monthly bank reconciliations and accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.Partner with leadership on grant management, reporting, compliance, and fund accounting activities.Lead annual audits, compliance reporting, and IRS Form 990 preparation processes.Recommend and implement financial system improvements, internal controls, and staff training initiatives.$90,000 - $100,000 a year
