Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – PRN We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team on a PRN basis. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient therapy treatments as outlined in care plans Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for helping patients regain independence Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
