Quick Facts Location: Olympia, WA (3900 Capital Mall Drive Southwest) Start Date: 07/22/2026 Duration: Ongoing until filled Shift: 24-hour call (); clinic and OR scheduling as outlined Hours/Week: 10-12 days/month plus call Employment Type: Locum/Full-Time License/Certifications: Active Washington medical license; Urology certification Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 per hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time aligned with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You ll Do: Provide specialized urological care with scheduled clinic sessions and OR procedures Manage urgent on-call needs during 24-hour shifts Perform urological procedures including cystoscopies and biopsies Collaborate with APPs and support staff for patient management Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures What You Need: Active Medical License in Washington Board Certification in Urology Availability for 10-12 days/month, including weekend and weekday shifts Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment This position is based at a leading facility in Olympia, WA, offering a comprehensive spectrum of urological services, including clinics and scheduled OR time.
