About the Role

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, process service requests, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure customers receive timely support while gaining valuable experience within a growing organization.

• Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Assist customers with account information, scheduling, and service requests
• Research and resolve billing inquiries and account concerns
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately within company systems
• Document customer interactions and service updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Follow up on open customer requests
• Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, retail, hospitality, banking, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, CT.

The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $22.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
