Training + Performance Manager

Job Description An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking a Training and Performance Manager to join their Operations team. This team is responsible for the onboarding, training, and continual development of the company's sales and logistics teams. The Training and Performance Manager will be responsible for supporting a fast‑paced, high‑accountability operation. This role is heavily involved in onboarding, baseline training, SOP ownership, and administrative support, ensuring both onsite and remote personnel are trained, compliant, and operationally effective. This individual will step in as management dictates program direction, fill operational gaps, and ensure critical processes, documentation, and training materials are executed with urgency and precision. The environment is high‑volume, high‑security, and constantly evolving, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and same‑day execution. This is a permanent direct‑hire opportunity paying an annual salary of $75,000 - 85,000.
