Key Account Executive (Outside Sales) - Raritan, NJ

Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in our New Jersey. The territory for this position covers Morris and Essex counties. The ideal candidate would reside within the territory. Job Responsibilities: Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory Function as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive Provide account management for client’s day to day operations Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business Continuously provide educational material to the client base Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Salesforce experience 2+ years outside account management or sales experience Experience in the healthcare industry Additional Job Standards: Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to travel overnight as needed Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Application window open through: 7/17/2026 Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan. Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. For more detailed information, please click here.
