This full-time role plays a key part in supporting daily branch operations, providing administrative support to the Planner, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Operations Support Location: Columbus, OH Pay: $18–$22 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support team member to join our Columbus location. This full-time role plays a key part in supporting daily branch operations, providing administrative support to the Planner, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist with tracking, monitoring, and organizing inbound and outbound paperwork Audit documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance standards Support dispatch operations (weighing trucks, monitoring fuel, assisting with container moves) Act as a liaison between operations and billing to ensure accurate documentation Manage branch cash receipts and assist with deposits and reporting Maintain inventory of operational and sales forms and order supplies as needed Assist with new hire onboarding and maintain HR documentation files Serve as point of contact for inbound freight shipments and coordinate with warehouse teams Communicate operational issues or discrepancies to leadership in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Benefits: Competitive hourly pay ($18–$22/hour) Opportunity to gain hands‑on operations and logistics experience Supportive team environment and potential for future opportunities Why Join Our Team?
