Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time

About Position Butterfly Effects is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children affected by autism. The role involves teaching essential life skills through play-based activities in natural settings (e.g., homes, schools, centers) and provides training, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities As a Behavior Technician / Child Interventionist, you will: Deliver ABA-based interventions directly with clients in their natural environments. Teach children communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills. Maintain accurate session documentation and collaborate with supervising BCBAs. Use play-based activities to make sessions engaging and effective. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Registered Behavior Technician certification. At least three weekday days of consistent availability. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Device equipped for web-enabled activities (laptop or tablet). Positive attitude, strong people skills, and passion for working with children. Compensation Hourly rate of $20.00 – $25.00, based on experience, education, and certifications.
