Operations Support Specialist

United Bankers’ Bank is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support our online banking systems and image exchange networks. In this role, you will manage data entry, process reconciliations, and provide essential troubleshooting for our clients. Individual will need to be available to work the following shifts on a rotating basis: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Position is on-site at our Richfield office. Work from home opportunities may be available on a rotating basis after initial training period. Essential Responsibilities Perform UNET.web/UNETexchange processing, research, reconciliation (ACH/LDRIN/Check Adjustments/Cash Letters) and prepare entries to DDA accounts as needed. Upload and verify file transfers to and from various sources. Assist customers with product utilization. Answer incoming calls and/or requests. Troubleshoot, solve problems and provide resolutions to customers or other team members within the contracted scope of support for each client. Handle respondent institution DDA account inquiries. Investigate questions regarding account postings & procedures. Assist with fingerprint & security administration. Provide support to staff and members on special projects.
