Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, voice gateways, access points, and microwave radio equipment.
• Support day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident response.
• Assist with implementation of new projects and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processes.
• Work independently and collaboratively to support network availability and performance.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Cisco Associate-level experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco and non-Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with microwave radios and wireless access points.
• Knowledge of the OSI model and Cisco three-layer hierarchical model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to new tools, technologies, and environments.
• CCNA certification is a plus

This is a remote position.


Compensation: $51.00 - $53.00 per hour
