Finance & Business Development Intern

Oradell, New Jersey (Onsite – approximately 20 minutes from New York City) We are seeking ambitious and analytical Finance & Business Development Interns to support client outreach, relationship development, and strategic growth initiatives within a fast-paced investment and advisory environment. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in finance, business development, capital markets, sales strategy, private equity, venture capital, or investment operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and interested in building experience within financial services and strategic business development. About the host The company operates within the investment and financial services sector, supporting relationships and strategic initiatives across industries including family offices, hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital groups, and healthcare organizations. The team focuses on capital raising, relationship management, and business growth initiatives. Responsibilities Identify and research prospective clients and strategic business opportunities Build and maintain targeted outreach and prospecting lists Conduct outbound prospecting and introductory business outreach Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with prospective partners and clients Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates Support capital raising and strategic partnership initiatives Conduct market and industry research across financial and healthcare sectors Assist with presentations, reports, and special business development projects Collaborate with leadership on operational and growth-related initiatives Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Comfortable with research, outreach, and relationship-building activities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced professional environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or database tools Preferred qualifications Interest in finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or capital markets Previous internship or experience in sales, business development, finance, or consulting Familiarity with CRM systems, market research, or financial analysis Strong interpersonal and networking skills What you'll gain Hands-on experience in finance and business development operations Exposure to capital raising, investment outreach, and strategic partnerships Opportunity to strengthen communication, sales, and relationship management skills Experience working with professionals across financial and healthcare industries Professional development within a fast-paced investment and advisory environment Location: Oradell, New Jersey (Onsite – approximately 20 minutes from New York City) Compensation: $18/hour Schedule: Minimum 32 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week available) #J-18808-Ljbffr Correspond LLC
