What You’ll Do Craft the Experience: You’ll be the heart of the café and candy shop, whipping up gourmet coffee, serving delicious grill items, and hand‑crafting fudge and candy that makes every customer's day a little sweeter. Master the Menu: From the deli line to the barista station, you’ll become an expert in our recipes and food safety, ensuring every treat is prepared to perfection and every guest enjoys a world‑class dining environment. Lead by Example: You’ll help keep the shop running like clockwork by managing daily cleaning schedules, overseeing cash handling, and mentoring new team members to reach their full potential. The Ideal Candidate Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. Physicality: This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Average of 15–20 hours per week. The Shift: 2–3 shifts per week during the day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or evening shift (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage of $17.00/HR. Job remains open until a qualified candidate is selected.
