Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities within a luxury hotel setting. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of guest areas, entrances, exits, public spaces, back‑of‑house areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate hotel personnel and/or emergency responders as needed. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing guests and vendors, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership. Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with hotel management, Allied Universal leadership, and team members regarding daily activities and incidents. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
