As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Operations to oversee and elevate performance in the Milwaukee market.

This executive role is responsible for driving operational strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery while aligning local operations with the company’s broader growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities of a VP:

As Vice President of Operations, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership across all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability
• Drive operational excellence through performance management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain high-value relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams, including staff and independent contractor drivers
• Oversee fleet operations, ensuring optimal utilization, reliability, and maintenance standards
• Champion safety, compliance, and training initiatives in alignment with regulatory and company requirements
• Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and market expansion initiatives
• Ensure consistent delivery of service excellence while meeting contractual and customer expectations
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization

Qualifications of a VP:

• 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or a related field
• Demonstrated success driving operational performance, financial outcomes, and business growth
• Strong executive presence with exceptional leadership, organizational, and team development skills
• Proven ability to influence, communicate, and execute across all levels of an organization
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to operational excellence
