Accounts Payable Clerk – Denton, TX
Pay: $17/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
OnTrack Staffing is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk in Denton, TX! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable candidate with accounts payable or accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with data entry and general accounting tasks
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
