The Kind of Person We're Excited to Work With You possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree. You are officially certified: Holding a valid state veterinary license. You have an unwavering commitment to emergency care: Self‑directed, committed, ongoing learner and resourceful. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, compassion, and care. Compensation and Sign‑On Bonus Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000 – $220,000 Plus, a Sign‑On Bonus of up to $50,000 This position is eligible for production compensation with no negative accrual. Production is paid out quarterly. Pay Range Disclaimer The compensation range includes average base + production compensation.
