What You'll Do as a Community Transportation Driver:Safe & Reliable Transportation

• Provide dependable transportation services for passengers traveling to essential destinations.
• Transport riders to medical appointments, employment locations, educational facilities, community programs, shopping centers, and other scheduled destinations.
• Ensure passengers arrive safely, comfortably, and on time.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and operating procedures.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Deliver reliable, professional service while adapting to changing transportation needs.

Passenger Assistance & Customer Service

• Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service to every passenger.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Support riders with mobility devices and accessibility requirements according to company policies and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and positive transportation experience for all passengers.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, caregivers, dispatch personnel, and team members.
• Promote passenger safety, comfort, and dignity throughout every trip.

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete required trip logs, reports, and documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns, incidents, and operational issues promptly.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for daily service.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care.

Qualifications of a Community Transportation Drivers:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to assist passengers with varying transportation and mobility needs.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently.
