Veterinary Receptionist - Part Time

Department: Receptionists Location: Atlanta, Georgia Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 / hour Brookhaven Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team in Atlanta. This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinary receptionist or client service professional looking for a part-time schedule in a busy, team-focused veterinary hospital. Pay: $15–$17/hour, based on experience What You'll Do Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional approach Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments Handle patient check-in and check-out, invoices, and payments Maintain accurate client and patient information and veterinary medical records Coordinate patient flow with veterinarians and the veterinary medical team Answer client questions and provide information about veterinary services and preventative care Provide professional, compassionate customer service Maintain an organized and welcoming veterinary front desk Support daily hospital and reception operations Participate in rotating weekend shifts What We're Looking For 1+ year of veterinary receptionist, veterinary CSR, veterinary client service, or veterinary front desk experience Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or similar medical setting Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary environment Comfortable working with clients, pets, and a veterinary medical team Reliable, professional, and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent Availability for rotating weekend shifts Preferred Experience with veterinary practice management software such as Cornerstone, AVImark, or similar systems, plus experience with scheduling, medical records, payments, and client communication. Schedule Part-time hours based on hospital needs and candidate availability. Rotating weekend shifts are required. Brookhaven Animal Hospital is closed on major federal holidays.
