$70,000-$80,000+ first-year earnings | Base salary plus uncapped commission | Paid training

Access Systems is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Wichita and South Central Kansas market. You will manage a local business territory, work directly with owners and decision-makers, and build customer relationships that continue after the sale.

Compensation and Training

• Base salary based on experience
• Uncapped commission and additional performance bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$80,000+ when meeting sales goals
• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually

You will earn your full base salary throughout our training program. Your first month will focus on learning our technology, sales process, and systems while working alongside experienced sales leaders.

What You'll Do

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and appointments you schedule
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities throughout your territory
• Meet with businesses to understand their current technology, challenges, and goals
• Recommend office technology solutions based on each customer's needs
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts
• Continue managing the customer relationships you build
• Maintain consistent follow-up and work toward clear sales goals

You Could Be a Strong Fit If You

• Have at least one year of full-time experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another goal-driven environment
• Have a track record of meeting goals, earning additional responsibility, or producing measurable results
• Feel comfortable starting conversations and connecting with new people
• Can stay motivated when the first answer is no
• Communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships
• Take initiative and manage your time without someone directing every step
• Want your income to reflect your performance
• Are coachable and willing to keep improving

Previous B2B sales or technology experience is helpful but not required. A college degree is preferred but not required. 

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
