As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll work alongside our creative and marketing teams to bring the Hello Adorn brand to life across digital, print, advertising, and our flagship store.

What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll support the creative and marketing teams across a variety of projects, helping bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life through thoughtful, on-brand design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with a variety of marketing and creative projects across digital and print channels
• Collaborate with team members to design marketing materials while maintaining Hello Adorn’s visual identity and brand standards
• Support the creation and production of signage for our flagship store, including price tags, promotional signage and posters, and other in-store materials
• Modify and repurpose existing creative assets to support multiple channels, adapting artwork to meet the requirements for digital advertising, social media, print, and signage
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, marketers, and flagship store staff to support project execution and shifting workload priorities
• Prepare production-ready artwork and files according to print and digital specifications
• Ensure all creative work is accurate, consistent, polished, and aligned with brand standards
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Stay organized and communicate proactively about project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Contribute creative ideas and fresh perspectives to marketing and brand initiatives

Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person contract role based at Hello Adorn’s headquarters. The expected schedule is approximately 15–20 hours per week .

Requirements:

What You Bring
Required:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related design-focused field
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong interest in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, accurate work
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a variety of team members in a high-energy, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment

Preferred:

• Experience creating print or digital marketing materials
• Familiarity with preparing files for print production
• Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, or e-commerce
• Understanding of typography, layout, color, and basic brand design principles
• A portfolio or examples of design work that demonstrate creativity and attention to detail
