Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to work with our client in Racho Santa Margarita, CA.

Job Decription:

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Keysight's industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.

In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on the job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.

We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
• Strong manual dexterity
• High volume parts inspection and handling
• Automated inspection equipment operation
• Microscopic visual inspection
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some college or technical coursework preferred
• Ability to read and converse in English
• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) (preferred)
