SUMMARY:

We are a growing property management company seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to provide cross-functional support to our HR, Payroll, Operations, and Property Management teams. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job duties entail providing support across HR, Payroll, Operations, and Property Management. This includes onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and assisting with vendor and property coordination, among other duties as assigned for the role and support of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operations, HR, or office support role — property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software (Yardi, ResMan, AppFolio, or OneSite) a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
