Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time maternity leave assignments in elementary school settings in Milton, Florida for the start of the 2026–2027 school year.
Available Assignments
Full-Time SLP – Elementary School (Onsite)
Multiple openings supporting established SLP teams
Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full school day hours
Setting: Elementary school (K–5)
Caseload: Collaborative caseload with other SLPs on site
Potential opportunity for extension or compensatory services after coverage period
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Support IEP development and implementation
- Collaborate closely with onsite SLP teams
- Maintain compliance and documentation
Requirements
Active Florida SLP License
FL DOE certification (or eligibility)
Open to CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs
Prior school-based experience preferred
