Agentic AI Developer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong programming background in Java and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS
• Proven track record developing AI agents with LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, tool calling, and workflow orchestration
• Experience connecting AI solutions to enterprise APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures
• Experience designing scalable enterprise AI systems with monitoring and observability
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, testing, and secure development
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on automation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business teams

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using modern agentic frameworks, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and workflow orchestration
• Develop scalable, production-grade AI applications using Java, Node.js, and AWS services
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to automate complex operational processes
• Partner with product owners, engineering teams, and Fleet Operations to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Create secure, maintainable software following best practices for REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding
• Build AI workflows with monitoring, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls to support reliability and governance
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate development
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI applications as business needs evolve
