As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, helping to create a welcoming and safe environment in a healthcare setting that often involves high-emotion interactions. This role requires both professionalism and compassion, especially when supporting individuals at various stages of intoxication or withdrawal.
