- Client Relationship & Executive Stakeholder Management
- End-to-End Service Delivery Accountability (SAP ECS)
- SAP Cloud & S/4HANA Domain Knowledge
- Cross-Functional & Multi-Partner Coordination
- Commercial & Account Growth Acumen
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- 5 years of experience in Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
- 5 years of experience in End-to-End Service Delivery Ownership
- 4-5 years of SAP Cloud / S/4HANA Expertise
- 5 years of Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination
- 5 years of Commercial Growth & Customer Success
- Own and grow the SAP ECS client relationship.
- Act as the main escalation point and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full engagement lifecycle (onboarding, transition, operations, offboarding).
- Drive cloud transformation and S/4HANA adoption initiatives.
- Coordinate across SAP teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.
- Identify and support business growth.
- Ensure successful service delivery, governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Lead innovation and strategic transformation workshops.
